Refund Policy
We stand behind the service. Try it free, and if it's not the right fit, you've got a full 30 days to get your money back.
Overview
At Xcodes IPTV, we want you to be happy with what you're paying for. This Refund Policy spells out your options before and after you subscribe — what's covered, what isn't, and exactly how to get your money back if the service isn't working out.
The short version: test everything free for 7 days, and if you decide to buy a plan, you've still got 30 days to change your mind.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you sign up for a paid plan and decide Xcodes IPTV isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. No interrogation, no "are you sure?" survey — just send us a message and the money goes back to your card.
This applies to new, first-time subscriptions. If you've been with us for months and a renewal just hit, see section 6 below — those work a little differently.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for a refund under the 30-day guarantee, all of these need to be true:
- The request is sent within 30 days of your initial payment date.
- The plan was your first paid order with Xcodes IPTV (renewals and re-subscriptions are handled separately).
- The account hasn't been suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions.
- No chargeback has been filed with your bank — if you've already started one, contact us first so we can resolve it directly.
3. How to Request a Refund
Pick whichever channel is easiest for you:
- WhatsApp: Chat with our team — fastest option, usually answered within an hour.
- Contact form: Send us a message from the contact page.
Include your registered email and the approximate purchase date so we can find your order quickly. Refund requests are reviewed and approved within 48 hours of receipt — most are handled the same day.
4. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, the money is sent back to the original payment method. Here's roughly how long that takes on the bank's end:
- Credit and debit cards: 5–10 business days for the credit to post.
- PayPal: usually within 1–3 business days.
- Crypto payments: processed within 24 hours; settlement time depends on the network.
If the refund hasn't shown up after 10 business days, send us a quick note and we'll trace it with the processor.
5. Trial vs. Paid Plans
The 7-day free trial doesn't require a credit card, so there's nothing to refund. The trial expires automatically and you only get billed if you actively choose a paid plan afterwards.
If you upgrade from trial to paid and then change your mind, the 30-day money-back guarantee starts from the day of your first paid charge — not the day the trial began.
6. Recurring Subscriptions and Renewals
Most plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle so your service doesn't drop. Renewal charges are not covered by the 30-day refund, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time.
To stop a renewal, contact support at least 48 hours before the renewal date. We'll switch the account to non-renewing — you keep access until the current period ends, and you won't be charged again. If a renewal was charged by mistake within 7 days of the renewal date and you hadn't used the service in that window, message us; we look at those case-by-case.
7. Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted in these situations:
- The request comes in more than 30 days after the initial payment.
- The account was suspended for a Terms & Conditions violation — for example, sharing credentials, reselling without permission, or bypassing region restrictions.
- A bank chargeback was filed before contacting us. Once a chargeback is open, the dispute goes through the bank instead of through this policy. Reach out first and we'll almost always resolve it without that step.
- Promotional plans, lifetime offers, and discounted bundles bought during a flash sale — these are clearly marked as final-sale at checkout.
8. Technical Issues Come First
If the service isn't working the way you expected — buffering, missing channels, EPG glitches — please message support before filing a refund. Most issues are app settings, ISP DNS, or a temporary load on a specific channel, and we can usually fix them in a few minutes. The team is on WhatsApp 24/7, so there's no wait.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes take effect from the date posted at the top of this page. If you're already a paying subscriber, the policy that was in place on the day you bought your plan still applies to that purchase.
10. Contact
